The Mound

This is a picture Juliet took of Joey B. I thought it turned out great, especially in black and white. It was taken on "the Mound" on our property in Pilot Grove. The Mound is probably the nicest spot on the property, a little tree covered hill scattered with stones that pops out of nowhere. It has some of the only southern exposure on the property, and some very rich soil off of the northern slope. In the summer, it always seems to have a nice breeze and be relatively free of mosquitos. We hope to build some sort of cabin out there eventually.
